4.1. All Orders placed through the Website as a Guest or with a Customer account, Customer provides his title, full name, phone, email address, billing and delivery addresses. The Customer should provide accurate and complete information.

4.9. The contract of sale of Products is concluded between COTY and the Customer at the moment of the final confirmation of the Order by the Customer.

COTY reserves the right not to accept an Order from a Customer with who it is in litigation for a previous order, or if COTY reasonably believes that the Customer has breached these Terms of Use and Conditions of Sales or that engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.
